Information Collection and Use
Member Services, Inc, BJ’s Auto collects information on behalf of BJ’s Auto from our users at several different points on our web site.

New and Pre Owned Vehicle Requests
Member Services, Inc. on behalf of BJ’s Auto will collect and use your personal information to respond to your requests for information on new and pre-owned vehicles. When you enter this information on the request form, BJ’S Auto will collect your name, address, day and evening telephone numbers, e-mail address and BJ’S Wholesale Club member number. This information will be provided to state franchised new and used vehicle dealers who participate in this program. If there are no participating dealers selling your desired make of vehicle in your immediate area, we may forward your information to a partner of BJ’S Auto who will endeavor to fulfill your request.

Sharing Information with Third Parties
All personally identifiable information provided by our users is used only as the user directs. Unless you give us permission to do so or unless required by law, we do not use or disclose personally identifiable information to any third party unless we notify you in advance of your providing us that information. We may share aggregated statistical information about the use of our site with our business partners. Such aggregated statistical information does not include personally identifiable information. BJ’S Auto has third party business partners who provide services for auto buying such as loans, leases, etc. The BJ's Auto web site frames the partner's web sites. When our business partners offer you their products or services through BJ’s Auto’s web site, we notify you at the point of collection. As BJ’s Auto does not have access to the information these business partners collect about you, we encourage you to read their privacy policies prior to providing them with your personal information as their privacy policies and practices may be different from ours.
BJ'S Auto utilizes masking techniques (disguising the URL) in order to provide the user a seamless web experience. You can check your location on the web at any time by clicking the right mouse button and selecting "properties."

We currently contract with Omniture, Inc. and Google to help manage and optimize our Internet business and communications. We use the services of Omniture, Inc. and Google to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and how visitors use our site.
